Token ownership

When you collect a K-Pix relic, you own the blockchain token in your wallet. The underlying K-Pix artwork, project name, site design, logos, and brand materials remain owned by K-Pix or their respective creators.

Personal display rights

While you own a relic, you may display its artwork on your K-Pix shelf, use it in personal social posts, use it as a profile image, and show it in marketplace listings for that relic.

Shelf snapshots

You may share shelf snapshots created by the site for personal, non-commercial promotion of your collection. Snapshot sharing does not grant rights to other albums, brand assets, site layouts, or artwork you do not own.

Commercial use

Commercial use is not granted by default. Contact the K-Pix team before using relic artwork on merchandise, paid media, commercial products, sponsorships, or anything that suggests an official partnership.

What is not allowed

• Claiming K-Pix artwork, names, or marks as your own brand.
• Using relic artwork in hateful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Using artwork from relics you do not own as if you hold the license.
• Removing attribution or implying endorsement by K-Pix or an artist.

Transfers

If you sell or transfer a relic, your owner display rights for that relic end and pass to the new owner. Copies you previously shared as ordinary personal social posts do not need to be deleted, but you should not continue presenting the relic as part of your owned collection.
