Terms of Use

Last updated: July 29, 2026. These terms cover the website, Archive, shelf tools, and snapshot features.

1. Using K-Pix

K-Pix is a website and collection interface for browsing pixel-art album relics, connecting a wallet, arranging owned relics on a shelf, and creating shelf snapshots. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Wallets and chains

K-Pix is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and remain responsible for your keys, wallet permissions, balances, and network fees. K-Pix relics may be available on Monad and Robinhood Chain through third-party marketplaces such as OpenSea.

3. Transactions

Blockchain transactions are handled by your wallet, the relevant network, and third-party marketplace contracts. K-Pix cannot cancel, reverse, refund, or guarantee any transaction once submitted.

4. Shelf data and snapshots

Shelf arrangements are saved locally in your browser per wallet address. Snapshot images and share pages may be stored by the site so that social platforms can preview them. Do not create or share snapshots that are unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

5. No promises of value

K-Pix is a collectible art and fan-archive experience. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Collectibles can change in availability, utility, visibility, and market value.

6. Site availability

We may update, pause, or remove website features, supported chains, collection links, metadata sources, or snapshot tools as the project changes. We try to keep the archive usable, but the site is provided as available.

7. Artwork and rights

Owning a relic means owning the on-chain token. Your rights to display or use the associated artwork are described on the Licensing page.
