If a bidder chooses to show a name publicly, that name may appear in the public bid history. The bidder’s private maximum and email address are not displayed publicly.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with vendors that provide hosting, payment processing, email or file delivery, security, analytics, professional advice, and dispute handling, only as reasonably needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business reorganization. Material-Eyezed LLC does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Transaction, bidding, consent, delivery, and dispute records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable accounting, tax, limitation-period, and legal requirements. Other information may be deleted when it is no longer needed. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
